In addition to the two Karlskrona teams, 9 other teams played in Flickor 13 (födda 2008). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Karlskrona Handboll Svart could be found in Group A together with Bromölla AIK, Hk Malmö, IK Cyrus, IFK Malmö HF 1 and Växjö HF.
Karlskrona Handboll Svart continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd with 5-15.
